Jessica and Gabrielle wanted some cake, but I was too busy to cut it. I suggested that they cut the cake so each of them could have a piece. Just to make sure there was no arguing I implemented a rule I learnt when I was growing up. What was that rule?
The first one cuts two pieces, the second one chooses. That way they are bound to get an equal share.
